Article III Groupie's report on Justice Kennedy's law clerks for October Term 2005 probably won't appear until sometime next week, due in large part to a dearth of fun facts about David C. and Zachary P. If you can help out A3G, please email her!
In the meantime, A3G -- an inveterate tinkerer -- has been editing her prior posts about The Elect, OT 2005. For the sake of posterity, she wants her posts to be as comprehensive as possible. After all, many people who Google these legal celebrities in the years ahead will be directed to UTR. So she has been adding in previously missing information for certain clerks, such as law school graduation years, middle initials, and yes, even some additional tidbits.
So if you're looking for a way to procrastinate today, go back and reread the entries for your favorite Supreme Court clerks for the upcoming Term. Perhaps you'll learn something new and interesting about them. For example, did you know that incoming JPS clerk Sarah E. McCallum, a Rhodes Scholar, is a talented actress and downhill ski racer? Or that Sasha Volokh, future SOC clerk, used to recite poetry on street corners?
Have fun!
